Hi there. I’m Julie. Former design studio owner and long-time creative agency exec turned health coach. I started Spark Transformation for leaders like you because if there’s one thing I get, it’s the loneliness and hopelessness of being burned out. It took me years to find the help I needed to recover and start to feel like myself again. I know how it feels to have everything in your life seem destined to be the same stressful, miserable day every day. I know what it’s like to want so much more for your life, but believe that those possibilities are only available to the chosen few. But I also know what it’s like to feel better than I could imagine and to know that I can create the life I want for myself.

I’m here to help you not only recover from stress and burnout, but to lead a more inspired life. If you’re ready to get back to living life full out, then read on.

Recovering from burnout starts with healing your body.

When you experience chronic stress, your body is not only in fight or flight mode, but it’s also experiencing internal inflammation. It’s why you’re exhausted, you have brain fog, you’re having mood swings, and you can’t sleep (just to name a few).

And if we’re not fueling our bodies with whole, nutrient dense foods, then the problem gets worse. Given most of us deal with stress and exhaustion by eating carbs and sugar, it’s safe to say that by the time we reach burnout our systems desperately need a reset.

So the most critical step in recovering from burnout is focusing on getting your health back. It’s why a system reset is always my first step with clients. Because once you feel physically better, everything else becomes possible.

Not only have I experienced burnout personally, but I’ve done the work to recover from it. And today, my practice reflects the things that were most transformative in helping me feel like myself again. I’m trained as a health coach, yes, but more importantly, I coach from a place of personal experience.
